Do walkHero men’s shoes stretch?
Stretching of our men’s slippers would depend on the type of slipper. Our men’s knit shoes will maintain shape and mold your feet while our textile slippers have the opportunity to stretch. It is unlikely for you to feel major stretching on WalkHero men’s shoes.

If you’re too lazy to change out of your slippers into men's walking shoes, our extremely comfortable men's slippers with arch support are ideal for taking a walk around the block or strolling down the street to your local farmers’ market while keeping your feet happy. Should you buy WalkHero men’s shoes a half size bigger if you normally wear a half-size shoe?
Since our men’s slippers only come in full sizes, fit can be a bit difficult to determine, as it is usually your personal preference. In most cases, sizing up to the next size will offer the best fit.

To preserve the appearance of your WalkHero shoes, we recommend that you clean the upper. Brush to remove dirt. Use a small amount of mild soap and water on the washcloth. Air dry. Do not machine wash.

I had plantar fasciitis it was really comfortable for me you can actually walk without so much pain with the shoes made a big difference if anyone’s ever had trouble with their feet this is a comfortable shoe to wear I would recommend it

Do you have wide or narrow widths?
All of our styles are offered in Medium (Standard) Width. Each product description page also includes fit notes and width measurements.
Women's
Medium: B
We do not currently offer narrow (A or smaller) width. We have some styles that are slightly slimmer, however, they are still considered Medium Width shoes. If you'd like to know more about these styles, please contact one of our WALKHERO Customer Service Support for help.
Men's
Medium: D
We do not currently offer double-wide or beyond. If you wear 4E or anything wider, WALKHERO may not be the right fit for you.
How can I make sure I get the right size?
WALKHERO offers 180-DAY free returns and exchanges on all orders within the Domestic United States, so finding the perfect fit should be as easy as possible!

Are they really slip-resistant?
All of them are constructed with a special rubber sole and unique tread designed to help push liquid away from your shoe and improve traction on tile, concrete, and other smooth surfaces. How long will my shipment take to arrive?
Normally, it only takes 7-15 days from when you order to receive the product.
After your order is completed, we normally ship within two business days, but delivery time also depends on where you live. We use UPS、DHL and USPS standard delivery services, and so on.

Which stores carry WALKHERO shoes?
We are currently focused on selling our shoes exclusively online via our website. They are not available in stores or outlets at this time.
We understand buying over the internet can be filled with uncertainty, that’s why we offer free returns and exchanges within 180 days of the purchase. This is over 6 months' worth of trial, and if you find they aren't right for you, you can process your return/exchange through our website.
You can return or exchange your shoes within that 180 days. Our online policy does ask to keep them in new condition, but we bypass that 100% of the time within 180 days.
