In order to enhance the customer's shopping experience, all products on our site use the fastest shipping method. Normally, it only takes 10-15 days from when you order to receive the product. We have three warehouses in the United States.

After your order is completed, we need 1 working day to process your order, and then take 9-14 days to deliver your ordered products. The delivery time also depends on your location. Please confirm receipt within 1-3 weeks.

We are so confident that you will love your shoes or insoles that we offer a full 180 day Love Them or your money-back guarantee. At any time during the first 180 days if you don’t love your new shoes or insoles contact our Customer Service team for answers and solutions. If we cannot offer you a solution, we will accept the shoes or insoles back for a full refund.

Within 180 days of receiving your WalkHero, simply send back the items that you want to return and we will replace them or refund the amount you paid for the item. You will always get the $9.9 shipping fee for returning the package from anywhere in the United States. They must be sent back to the address outlined in the process. To get started, please contact our CS staff.

Your returns may be sent to a processing center in your country, from where they will be transferred to our warehouse in the US. once we receive your item back at our warehouse in the US, we will process your return.
