Shipping and delivery
To enhance your shopping experience, all products on our website come with free and expedited shipping. Most orders arrive within 7–17 days from the time of purchase. We have three warehouses located in the United States. Once your order is placed, we typically take 1–2 business days to process and ship it, followed by 7–15 days for delivery, depending on your location.
For slippers, delivery is much faster—usually within 3–5 days.
Please confirm receipt within 1–3 weeks.
Track
After the order is shipped, please wait 3-7 working days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the logistics system. Please check if your order is on the way and if the package is delayed. After that, you can track the order on the postal website of your country/region.
Wrong address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address they enter is correct. However, if you find the shipping address you provided wrong, please get in touch with us immediately.
Lost or stolen package
If the package is lost or stolen, please get in touch with logistics or our after-sales team, and we will check and solve the problem. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but has not been received, please report it to the shipping company.
