60 DAYS Free Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your WalkHero.com order, you may return or exchange your merchandise within 60 days from the date of delivery.

To establish a reliable trading relationship together, we will deal with any issues about merchandise orders, but not refund man-made damaged shoes. Welcome to email us, we are glad to serve for you. cs@walkhero.com

Special Note: An order can only be free returned or exchanged once at most, and more than one time cannot be processed. It is recommended that you try on our shoes on a clean floor. If the soles are too dirty or other returned parts that affect resale, we do not allow a refund. The items labeled "All Sales Final" are not eligible for return/exchange.

Please note that the GECKOMAN shoes available on our website are produced by WALKHERO under official authorization. The GECKOMAN trademark is prominently displayed on these products to reflect this collaboration. We want to assure you that these shoes meet the same high-quality standards you expect from WALKHERO products.

Please carefully read the following Instructions and attention before you begin to apply.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE PROCESS

Step1:

  • Click the link and enter the exclusive application channel.

Step2:

  • Fit in the complete order numbers, just like #WH00000.
  • Attention! You need to offer your email address corresponding to the order, otherwise, you won’t see the operation complete.

Step3:

  • Find the merchandise you need to apply for, then choose to return or exchange.
  • Tell us your application reasons by choosing an option.
  • Upload clear photos of shoes in reality,we hope your photo displays the entire shoes, including the uppers and soles. but not the pictures from the website.
  • Submit your application, you will receive a shipping label and warehouse address in your email after your request is approved.

Step4:

  • Please pack the merchandise including all laces and inserts in its original box.
  • Once sealed, apply a shipping labeland hand it over to the carrier.
  • Within 5 days of receiving your returned shoes, we will process an exchange for you, or issue a refund according to your original payment. 

MATTERS NEED ATTENTION

  • To come true a successful refund, please tell us your TRACKING NUMBER by emailing customer service after returning the package, otherwise, the warehouse would destroy the shoes received if we couldn’t record the return information first.

Our warehouse will conduct a quality inspection of received product, if it is no problem, you will get a full refund.
