Runs big. My shoe size is a 11.5 so I order a 11. Still two sizes too big.. if you order be sure to order 2 sizes smaller. The quality of the shoe is very good.

Our size chart is based on foot length (in), but we know it doesn't cover every foot type perfectly. Your tip about sizing down two will definitely help others with narrower feet. I have very flat feet and was worried that these would dig into my nonexistent arch. It definitely does not and they are incredibly comfortable. I ended up buying more (have four pairs with various colors). I highly recommend these.
