I was looking for a support type slipper to wear around the house.

Having back and knee pain I can't go barefoot.

I had never heard of the brand but saw them online and decided to try them.

Do not run or walk, order these for your plantar fasciitis IMMEDIATELY. I have suffered in excruciating pain for so very long. I was making do with a common known shoe insert in my “go every wear” shoes. I knew I needed something other than the memory foam slippers at home. I needed something that would stand up to the weight. When I first put them on I immediately said “these are not comfy! They feel stiff and not at all squishy like I’d hoped!” My hubby said you gotta wear them and see how they feel. It took me about 2 days and I fell in love. No more foot pain, knees were about 30% better (I need knee replacements so they will only do so much.)
