I have low arches and need support, but the higher arch support models force my feet into weird positions that cause more pain. These have a low arch, thus they don’t alter my normal gait. What they do is support my arches and properly align my feet within my shoes. The deep heel cup absorbs shock and keeps my feet from pronating too far when I run. The cushioned heel and forefoot adds bounce to my running shoes. These have proven to be perfect for jogging 3-4 miles a few days a week.

What I like about these Plantar Fasciitis Feet Insoles Arch Supports Orthotics Inserts: I exchanged the original worn out insoles of my shoes with these orthotic inserts and my feet are very happy as they have better support, less stress equaling less pain and fatigue. I didn’t realize how bad my feet were feeling until I used the new inserts. The stability of the deep heel cup aid my foot in maintaining proper alignment and balance with way less chance of rotating my heel. The insoles are easy to use and true to size; I did not have to cut or modify the inserts. The firmer EVA portion of the heel and mid foot provide strong even support. The toe and distal portion of the insert is bendable and will provide a softer mobile support. The heel has a built in silicone shock absorber to eliminate added impact stress on your heels. My feet, with or without socks were comfortable with the inserts. My feet did not sweat with the inserts and remained dry. I did not notice any malodors associated with the inserts. My feet do not feel fatigued like they did before the inserts. My work shoes were so uncomfortable and made my feet sore everyday. I searched for inserts and ordered these. They arrived the next day and I was able to use them the day after. They made my shoes and feet a lot more comfortable. The next few weeks will tell how good they are.
