When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you click on the “View your order” button, you will be redirected to a webpage with tracking information!

 Please allow 1-2 business day to process in addition to the shipping times listed below for your selected shipping method.

RETURNING & EXCHANGING

For shoes purchased through walkhero.com, WALKHERO offers free returns and exchanges within 180 days from the date of delivery.

Go to return.walkhero.com, and enter your order number and billing zip code, email, or phone. 

From the options available on the screen, select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.

Repackage your returns in the original packaging, affix the label to the outside of the shipping box, including your packing slip inside, and give it to the carrier.

REMINDERS

  • Please note that we are only able to deliver to PO Boxes via UPS、USPS and DHL, and therefore cannot be expedited. Please make sure to enter a physical address to avoid any issues with your shipment.
  • Please note that the shipping fee is determined by the order value after any discounts have been applied. Thank you!
  • Customs taxes vary by country and will be charged according to local customs policies. If you were required to pay a customs fee, please contact our Customer Support Team for further assistance.
  • If your shipping address is located in a rural community, you may have to pick up your package from your regional post office. For rural or remote regions, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery. We appreciate your patience!
  • If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it. Here are some alternate options: Once the package has been delivered to your regional post office, you can contact the post office directly to request them to redirect it to an alternate address. Please note that this is done at the discretion of the postal office.
