How do I earn points?
$1 spent = 10 points. Members earn points every time they shop. Members can also earn points by performing certain other actions such as writing a review, uploading a photo, etc. See the next question for more details on how to earn points.
Where do I see my points?
To view how many points you have accumulated, sign in to your account and visit your account details.
Do my points expire?
No, the points will never expire of account inactivity. Account inactivity occurs when you do not earn or redeem points.
How do I enroll in the program?
Enrollment is completely free. Create an account on walkhero.com and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the WALKHERO Rewards.
When will I see my point adjustments?
Points earned with each purchase are updated in your account once the order is shipped.
