      These are the only insoles I have found that actually work. My feet and ankles no longer experience the same amount of pain as they used to. I work 12 hr shifts on concrete floors, metal grates and metal diamond plate surfaces. My feet and ankles used to hurt so bad that I could barely walk after a few hours at work.

      Now I can go my whole shift with just a little pain that goes away a few hours after getting home.
