Putting in and out of shoe to fit
Most would never be able to tell that I’m wearing these (unlike other brands of bulky/uncomfortable inserts.) Unless, of course, you knew me already; then you’d notice I’m effortlessly walking/dancing around, full of energy. You’d also notice that my posture and swelling has improved tremendously. If you can’t tell by now, I’m a HUGE fan, and these have changed my life. These insoles fit in all of my shoes. I’ve worn them in boots, booties, slippers, dress shoes, running shoes, Converse. I’m half way tempted to glue them to my feet. 🤣 They are THAT much of a game changer for me.I broke my foot this year, and for months, even after it was healed, I was unable to walk very far without a ton of pain. I stopped trying to exercise because it hurt too much, obviously weight gain just made it worse. However, it was when I started waking up in pain, (just from sleeping!!!!) that I was absolutely determined to find a solution!!!During this journey; I have tried multiple inserts, compression socks, compression sleeves, different wedges for arch cushions, entirely new shoes, and NOTHING helped....Nothing until ☝🏻THIS insole!!!!! 👏🏻👏🏻The thing that is different about this one is the design. It has a plasticy shell that absorbes the shock where the arch is, and doesn’t ever “sink in,” like many other inserts do (such as a gel or memory foam.) They are thin enough on the areas necessary to be comfortable in every shoe.Highly recommend for arch support issues, overpronation, plantar…
I have worn Nike, Kuru, Hoka and Brooks in my 11 year career as a Nurse. I rarely sit at work. I had surgery years ago on my left foot for plantar fasciitis and it helped a little. About 3 months ago my right foot started bothering me. I bought new hokas and it didn’t help. I tried Kuru shoes (which as worked in the past). I did all the stretches designed for this pain as well. Nothing seemed to help. After day 2 of these inserts, I am nearly pain free. Get them! I am on day 6 and feel great.P.s. I wear the copper compression for plantar fasciitis when I’m home barefoot now. Combine these inserts with those and you are gold.
I used to be restricted to insoles that were custom made due to my shoe size, which are expensive ($200+). After digging through countless reviews for a couple months, I purchased a pair of these in size 16-16.5 with hope that they would fit my 16E Steel Toe Boots. They fit PERFECTLY, as if they were made specifically for this pair of boots. So snug it was almost like they "snapped" into place, without causing curling or rolling on the edges of the insole. Some people in the comments state they're too* firm, which they are firm, but very comfortable if you're taking care of your feet when you're also not wearing any shoes. If you're ordering something for support and it squishes because it's filled with gel or made of light foam, that would mean they feel* comfortable but are not actually very supportive and would cause shifting, which makes for poor ankle stability and plantar fascia stretch in the wrong way. If you're ordering because you have issues with plantar fasciitis, there are NO insoles that will fix* the issue just by wearing something, that's not how repetitive stress injuries work. If you're rolling your feet consistently in the evenings to stretch them and then wearing these insoles throughout the day, the stretching will cause relief and break up repetitive stress scar tissue over time, while the insoles will help keep those issues from returning when you're moving on your feet during the day. I am genuinely surprised at both the quality and the cost. I will…
