I have high arches. After I put these inserts in I could definitely walk much further without my feet starting to ache. My doctor recommended really expensive custom-made shoe inserts and I think these are just as good. I'm very happy with them. I would buy them again.

Threw these in a new pair of shoes and quickly discovered that the arch support and heel cap were a bit too wide.The upper sole is fairly thin and I could feel the insole material pressing the upper of the shoe outward by a noticeable amount, so I trimmed a few millimeters of material off and they fit MUCH better in the shoes now.In the picture, the top is before and bottom is after trimming. About 5 minutes of effort to prevent premature wear.Overall, they're comfortable and easy to walk in. It does feel like I've lost some volume in the shoe, but we'll see as they break in!
