Do you have wide or narrow widths?
All of our styles are offered in Medium (Standard) Width. Each product description page also includes fit notes and width measurements.
Women's
Medium: B
We do not currently offer narrow (A or smaller) width. We have some styles that are slightly slimmer, however, they are still considered Medium Width shoes. If you'd like to know more about these styles, please contact one of our WALKHERO Customer Service Support for help.
Men's
Medium: D
We do not currently offer double-wide or beyond. If you wear 4E or anything wider, WALKHERO may not be the right fit for you.
How can I make sure I get the right size?
WALKHERO offers 180-DAY free returns and exchanges on all orders within the Domestic United States, so finding the perfect fit should be as easy as possible!
We work very hard to keep our sizing consistent across our collection, and most of our styles fit true to size. If you are unsure about sizing for a specific style, we feature fit tips under the "sizing" tab on the individual product pages.

We are unable to fulfill any replacement footbed, insoles or sockliners requests at this time. But we have been selling the insoles that are designed for wider, high-volume shoes, such as work boots, basketball shoes, running shoes, casual shoes, dress shoes. Are they really slip-resistant?
All of them are constructed with a special rubber sole and unique tread designed to help push liquid away from your shoe and improve traction on tile, concrete, and other smooth surfaces. How long will my shipment take to arrive?
Normally, it only takes 7-15 days from when you order to receive the product.
After your order is completed, we normally ship within two business days, but delivery time also depends on where you live. We use UPS、DHL and USPS standard delivery services, and so on.

You may return or exchange your merchandise within 180 days of purchase as long as the original purchase was made on walkhero.com. Returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to show on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Which stores carry WALKHERO shoes?
We are currently focused on selling our shoes exclusively online via our website. They are not available in stores or outlets at this time.
We understand buying over the internet can be filled with uncertainty, that’s why we offer free returns and exchanges within 180 days of the purchase. This is over 6 months' worth of trial, and if you find they aren't right for you, you can process your return/exchange through our website.
You can return or exchange your shoes within that 180 days. Our online policy does ask to keep them in new condition, but we bypass that 100% of the time within 180 days.
